They said we didn't declare our service dogs when I did on this app and upon checkin and when my husband who is disabled and not well went to the car the next morning they proceeded to yell at him about them.and then charged us $50 and would not take it off our bill and would not let me speak to a manager but told me to leave. I just about had to take my husband to the ER over it and it ruined the rest of our vacation.

Close to downtown. I'm keto and the breakfast had eggs and sausage so that was nice

Comfy beds. Very clean rooms. Friendly personable desk staff.

I booked through booking.com. I needed an accessible room AND I had a dog. They made the reservation saying they could accomadate me. But the property could NOT accomadate me so we ended up not getting an accessible room! Frustrating

Rooms are very clean and beds are super comfortable. The pool was nice and warm on the chilly day we were there. Staff was so helpful and nice. We enjoyed the breakfast, kids liked the bagels and cream cheese 😋 Definitely would stay again.

Only outlets for computer and electronic devices were above the bathroom counter. Not even an outlet at the desk. Pillow cases were nubby. Towels were tiny and like sandpaper. Refrigerator gurgles all night long making it difficult to sleep.
