Pittsford Garden Retreat

The room was well maintained and very comfortable. The room had everything we needed for our short stay, and the location was close to everything.

The only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the door that led to our room didn’t have a lock, but outside of that, everything was perfectly fine.

Jennifer was wonderful! She made me feel very comfortable! The location is very nice! The bed & pillows were extremely comfortable!

The place was perfect! Very clean and comfortable! I especially loved the coffee station! Wish the weather had been better so I could have used the pool, which looked amazing!

It was very clean and comfortable. I wasn't bothered during my stay. They were very friendly and hospitable.

The room was very comfortable and we had a wonderful and peaceful stay in this cosy and well-furnished room! Everything was perfect to us!

I think my favorite part about this retreat was just waking up and looking outdoors at the oasis that awaited me. Whether it be the backyard or even the side window that gazed on some beautiful flowers …and the bed was wicked comfortable, and I have a sensitive back. Retreat was decorated so tastefully, basically had everything I needed. I like the multiple choices of coffee, and there’s a fridge in the garage I could use for my specialty creamer. Took a morning walk around the lovely neighborhood. There’s a small trail a couple blocks away. It’s short, but you’re immediately in the country. The place is very close to downtown Pittsford, which has a lot of charm and Starbucks and places to eat.

Maybe a heads up that there’s a somewhat steep step down into the garage and then shallow step up to the door. If you have your hands full, I recommend is putting everything down so you can open the door and enter the combo. I got used to it!

The room was very pretty and extremely comfortable. Bathroom was brand new and had everything one needed. The backyard is gorgeous and would be nice for a bit of R&R (which I did not have)! Location of the place is a bit out of the way unless you are going back & forth to Pittsford.

Door lock was unacceptable...just a little push button on the doorknob that you can lock once inside the room. There was no way to lock the door when you left the room, even if all of your belongings and valuables were left inside! Also, the room really needs a ceiling fan for air circulation. Getting in/out of the room is NOT easy, especially if you have luggage. You have to maneuver a big step while watching the car in the garage and being sure not to hit it.
