Pittsford Garden Retreat

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom looked new - very clean! Great location as well - so many shops and restaurants near by.

The location is quiet and convenient to virtually all areas of Greste Rochester. Access is easy and the hosts are pleasant, and available but unobtrusive.

Supplies for making coffee were disappointing

The host truly exceeded my expectations. I traveled for a conference and needed a desk to study. Jennifer was able to find an old desk she had in her house and cleaned it for me. I was impressed by her service as she checked on me, and made sure everything was going well. The “Garden Retreat” really fits with the unique “retreat” experience I had during my stay. I felt so cozy and relaxed in such a beautiful room. The bed is very comfortable, and the decoration is lovely. Excellent location too close to the Erie Canal, Nazareth College and many nice restaurants. I would definitely recommend it to anybody planning a trip in Rochester!

Comfortable size room to move about in. Quiet neighborhood and secure home. Two walls separated the room from the rest of the house, so we weren't disturbed. Nice bathroom, shower and towels . Hand soap provided. Microwave in room. Large fridge in garage. Park in driveway. Soft bed and pillows. Flannel sheets for the cold weather.

Minor issue is there was no desk to work at, so the laptop was really a laptop.

Excellent comfort and privacy in a great location for me. The room is nicely set up with all a guest would need aside from opitional hotel services like breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

I kind of missed a lobby, but small price. Since I live overseas and don't have a US phone number communication was a challenge, but we solved that quickly.

It was really nice. The owner was very professional.
