A beautiful farm setting for a peaceful retreat.

The dog (Lily), was the absolute star of the show. Lily is so warming, she waited for us waking up in front of our door. Furthermore; views are stunning, parking is great, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Lily was the highlight!! 🥰

We booked the cottage but would not recommend that for traveling with young children as they could fall easily. No food options on site, we arrived late afternoon and went to town and struggled finding a place to eat

Beautiful setting with very friendly and accommodating staff and hosts.

We stayed in the rustic cottage which was lovely but it just didn't feel clean enough. Too many cobwebs and dead insects everywhere. There was also an electrical issue which we experienced (appliances in the kitchen gave us electric shocks) and this basically took an entire day to fix - however we understand that this was not in control of the owner, George, who very kindly offered us a free weekend to make up for this. Personally, I feel this little cottage is a liability to this wonderful establishment as the rest of the house looks great.

George personally greeted us at the gate ! We found the estate quaint, enchanting ,peacefu l and serene .. staff were all always friendly...will definitely return

The cottage we stayed in didn't have a can opener nor a braai dish. Also one one fan for upstairs and downstairs. Unfortunately the kitchen sink was leaking...I am only telling you this in case you dont know ...otherwise everyone agreed everything else was perfect👌
