L’établissement est chaleureux et intime. Quel bon choix! Les lits sont super confortables! La terrasse est très bien aménagée! Wow! Et, quoi dire du déjeuner qu’on nous a servi!! On se sentaient comme des rois et reines!

Very spacious and comfortable luxury farmhouse with enormous double beds in the 2 downstairs en-suite bedrooms. Large lounge/kitchen area and a bonus twin bedroom in the loft with a balcony, though no upstairs bathroom but a great spill-over room if you are not in couples or as a family. Amazing and friendly chef and cleaner arrived in the morning to make cooked breakfast including fresh fruit salad and homemade muffins and scones. There were goats roaming around the grounds, and it was a 2 minute drive away from the Thirsty Giraffe restaurant for supper. Both the farmhouse and restaurant were fantastic value. Great location for Hoedspruit and close to visit nearby places such as HESC, Moholoho Rehab Centre, Jessica the hippo, Blyde Ricer boat trip - all definately very worthwhile to visit! We also joined a morning bush walk at Tshkudu reserve accompanied by Duma the rescued cheetah!

Sadly there was a problem with the water pump when we stayed so we only had a couple of hours of water, but they did try to fix and the farmhouse was shutting for a week of maintenance after our stay. Surprisingly the lack of water didn’t spoil our stay too much!

The place is beautiful and the stuff is very friendly. Especially the chef. The breakfast was good. The place had everything we need.

The water was cold even after the plumber came to fix it. The electricity was flickering and there was not enough power.
