Very good property and very near to the ski resort . This property is very comfortable for everyone. I liked the location and peace. And most important the host feruza the lady she is very cooperative. And help you with everything .

it was really welcoming, and the staffs are really kind. they made my first new year in Kazakhstan memorable. Thank you the hostel is really clean, they clean it everyday, and it’s quiet too, nice location, close to shops that are open 247 incase you wanna step out, close to the city center !! the staffs are what I liked the most, they are really nice, patient and lovely.
