"It is not worth the money."

The only good thing about this property was the location. It was close to duval

Well for starters - our room was filled with mold. A ton of water moisture in the walls. A huge gap under the door for Critters to come in. The bed was hard as a rock. And let’s not forget how small and outdated it is. It is definitely not worth the money we spent. We spoke to a manager who was supposed to return a call in 30 minutes and we have yet to hear from him. If you’re wanting a college dorm dirty moldy bedroom, book this place.

"Perfect location, better than staying at a hotel, felt like a local."

It was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting the Keys. The room was spacious and clean and the aircon was GREAT. The location is awesome, we walked in every direction and this place was literally passed multiple times a day while going to different areas because it was so central to everything. Didn’t even need a bike! The pool was super handy, especially because the seaweed was everywhere, and it was clean and shady and a nice hang out.
