Great location right in the middle of plenty of restaurants and bars. Clean and comfortable

The staff was super nice and helpful. The room with no balcony was compact and was difficult to dry clothes and towels after the beach so make sure you book the ones with balcony.The property is located on a street full with bars and restaurants so it is noisy at night. Overall, it's not bad accommodation for Philippines standard

Great location. Interior room was quiet while being downtown and across the street from the beach. Very clean with hot water shower. Room has everything you need: electric kettle with coffee for the morning, towels and toiletries, refrigerator, comfortable bed and plenty of outlets.

The room is small. This isn't a negative for us, but for some it might be. The value was great for the location and everything we needed in the room. If there had been a typhoon and we were stuck in the room with no light from the windows, we would probably have wanted something more luxurious. The entrance is at The Bottle Store. It isn't clearly marked. Everyone in the area seemed to know Serena Rooms and easily directed us. Staff was expecting us and was helpful when we arrived.

Great bathroom. Good amenities, tv comes with netflix, prime, youtube, etc.

Quite small but we got what we paid for! Can only open one luggage at a time.

Lots of storage space. Central to a lot of the activities in the area. Access to the beach. Good bed and pillows. Good AC. Sink was big enough to do some quick hand-wash laundry.

Stairs might be a bit steep. Not a lot of space to move around.
