Serena Rooms

The bed was really comfy! Best sleep we had whilst in the Philippines. Good sized room and smart TV too which was great. Perfect location with a great view of the water from the balcony.

The WiFi was poor. Had to push to get a solution, after 2 days it was sorted for us which was appreciated but we were unable to connect for a good while so couldn’t use TV and had to burn through our mobile data. It also would have been good to have replacement toilet roll, change of bin, maybe switch towels after a while.

The staff, location, view and room with a balcony was wonderful! It is located on one of the main strips, so noise is inevitable. Shops open early so you can hear all the metal roll up style shutters opening and closing which is noisy.

Room had some issues with leaks when heavy rain occurred.
