Koversada Camping Resort

EasyATent personnel on the island is great, helpful, and friendly. The kitchen is well-equipped, tent size is good. The location is amazing and the main selling point.

The linen sheets we received had holes in them. The mattresses were old and used. Women's toilets on the island only have two showers working. There are also not enough dish sinks for all the people on the island.

Right by the sea. There are dishes, everything is quite clean.

Lots of insects, we couldn't stay overnight. An anthill near the wall of the tent. The awnings are very close to each other. Weird communication with staff. Constantly had to ask for confirmation of payments. Despite the fact that we made all payments on time, shortly before arrival, we received a letter that we had not paid and if we did not pay now, our reservation would be cancelled. We had to send bank statements, but we did not receive an apology. At the reception also received a negative experience of communication. Very unprofessional.

So,on our Arrival,nobody was there,we arrived at 19.44 h,the reception gave us the wrong tent,so that we had to move in another tent next day.. the cooperation Easy atent with the reception of camping place didn't work good.So we lost one day of holiday by this fault...
