Bellaire Midtown Cottage

Very nice property, clean, and has everything you need+. Beautiful town with super friendly folks.

Definitely felt like a home away from home. I extended my stay and was happy I did. It was a nice little slow down to enjoy each other. The host was very responsive and helpful. If you are coming for a swim at Torch Lake, I recommend that you google the sand bar (Didn't discover a better beachy spot than that). There was also streaming, which was a huge hit with the combo of the popcorn maker. We definitely plan on visiting again. But you do have to park behind the cottage, it is right next to the blue one😁

Property was clean. It was close to town. There was very good communication with the property owner. Everything was as advertised.

Odd smell when we arrived, possibly a skunk living under the patio.

It was easy to find. Clean, comfortable. The popcorn machine and the Wii were a huge hit with the kiddo. Owners were very nice. We thought we left a phone there and he was there when we came back and allowed us to look for it and said if it was found he would contact us. It was found just not there. We were there for a snocross race about 20 minutes away but it was totally worth it. The price everything. It’s very homey and inviting. Couches and beds were super comfortable!

The air mattress did not stay inflated. It also needs a better shocked kitchen.

Location was great, right in/by downtown, clean, photos do not do this property justice! Very cute and cozy home, super affordable for an overnight getaway with the wife. We were a little worried about the low price thinking we'd have to sacrifice for the savings, alas, we were pleasantly surprised that that was not the case at all! Comparable Airbnbs were much more costly. For the price of an entry level motel, this was an excellent find, we definitely recommend.
