"Très très déçu de l'appartement et de la mauvaise foi du responsable"

Appartement insalubre avec des cafards, Les draps et essuies sales ainsi que l'appartement non nettoyé. D'ailleurs quand nous avons appelé le responsable pour qu'il puisse nous changer l'appartement,il nous a donné un autre qui était aussi sale et infecté de cafards. Le responsable (très désagréable)ne voulait pas rembourser; nous avons du appeler la police pour exposer les faits et nous avons contacter Booking pour leur faire part de cet incident. Nous avons toujours pas été remboursée et nous avons pris un hôtel pour passer notre séjour. En résumé, c'est à déconseiller pour manque d'hygiène.

Ken het appartementen complex al dus wist waar ik terecht zou komen

De airco deed het niet in heel het huis De koelkast alleen vries gedeeldte deed het de koelkast zwaar aan vervanging toe

Appartment 27 Well furnished, confortable,, clean and nice view to the poil. Residence Not far from palmeraie where I had to attend an event. Parking outside available. The host Ayoub very kind , helpful and fixed any issie encoutred quickly and professionally. I totally recommend.
