De kamer was prachtig. Modern, schoon, leek eigenlijk alsof het net nieuw was. Serena was ontzettend behulpzaam, reageerde snel en gaf aan dat we zelfs al eerder konden inchecken (dit kan natuurlijk niet altijd maar wij hadden geluk). Ze had ook allemaal hapjes en drankjes die we mochten nuttigen. Je kon zelfs een wasje draaien met de was capsules die er lagen. Wij zijn enorm enthousiast over deze plek. Het is 1 bus naar Venetië dus echt perfect.

The apartment was new, clean and quiet. Everything was nicely arranged to the detail. Bed was really big and comfortable. Apartment has everything you need. Connection to Venice is easy and quick.

Overall, a really excellent self catering accommodation with an owner who has put in a lot of thought and effort. Washing machine with clear instructions. Spotlessly clean. Plenty space to park the motorbike. Good wifi. Good shower. Enough towels. Drying rack. Really comfy bed with plenty pillows and good quality bedding. Super aircon. The snacks were appreciated, as was the coffee. There's also a fairly large supermarket ( Ali) a 4 min walk away. We would definitely recommend it with no hesitation

A bit of a faff getting in until we realised the big gate could be opened and that got us to the keysafe. There's a small step at the bedroom door that kept catching us out, we put a towel down to remind us of the change in floor level there.

Un appartement parfait pour découvrir Venise ! Bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé : à seulement 5 minutes à pied de l’arrêt de bus Parmesan 😁, puis 15 minutes plus tard, vous voilà à l’entrée de Venise. Le quartier est calme, et pouvoir garer la voiture dans le jardin est un vrai luxe dans la région. Le centre commercial, à seulement 5 minutes à pied, est très pratique. Un grand merci à Serena… et surtout à son papa, venu nous sauver en nous ouvrant la porte alors que nous étions dehors sans clé ni téléphone 😱😱 Un séjour vraiment parfait !

Absolutely nothing!

The property was ideal for a short visit to Venice. Beautifully maintained and spacious with everything you could need for a short stay, but equally would have been a great space for a longer stay. The host was extremely helpful and communicative and the location was ideal for jumping on the bus.

Absolutely amazing apartment. Best you can get for a reasonable price. There is everything in for a stay and even more. Special thanks to the host Serena for keeping so high level of service!

Everything is PERFECT! The host Serena really put her heart & soul in managing her home. Definitely is a ' home away from home' to all the travellers to Venice ( main land ).

Serena very friendly person. She met us by herself and gave all needed instructions and information. Her appartment is very thougthful, there is everything for comfortable living.
