We liked the location and ambience of the place. It was off season, but it was really nice.

The monkeys were a little scary. Nothing happened to us, but we had to be vigilant.

"Expensive, dirty, dated with terrible staff and terribly organised activities. Prison-like as you can’t leave after 6pm."

Honestly to find anything positive and I don’t say that lightly. Bleak, expensive, dated, dirty with staff that are no help and a badly organised set of activities that nobody could point us towards.

- Dirty - Dated - Dusty - Musky smell - Locked in after 6pm (we would have left that night if we could! - We did a boat trip and it was terrible. - Power cuts that lasted 5 minutes. - Food was terrible. - We were first in the restaurant for dinner. Despite about 5 staff standing around the floor was littered with food from lunch or breakfast. Filthy! - It is literally challenging to book any activities. The only one we could do was the one they offered (boat trip) at check in. Otherwise we kept getting signposted to different places and people looked confused when we asked for activities they actively promote.
