Invivo Hotel

The breakfast was great, the hotel was fine and the location was perfect. Erhan was very friendly and helpful and put together a fine buffet style breakfast together for us :)

Very friendly staff Can park your car in front of the hotel Has working lift. Rooms are reasonable sized

Rooms need refurbishment urgently Especially the toilets My blanket had 2 cigarette burns. Very difficult and narrow roads to the hotel. People park here and there and block the exits. If tou have a car better to avoid alsancak area.

Staff was so kind and the location is perfect.

The room's furniture is so old and we had to wait around 10 minutes for the shower water to get warm.

1) The room we offered does not have to do anything with the photos presented in your web page (I am wondering, YOU, as booking.com, have you ever done an audit from 2011 that you have this hotel in your listings?). The bathroom was a disaster. Maybe they have to renovate it more than 50 years !! If you want I can share a video of our room. Huge disappointment also for your company (booking.com) that I have been using for a number of years. 2) A day before checking out, I gave my company's data to issue me an invoice. This was also written during my booking with booking.com (that I will need an invoice when checking out and received a positive answer through your web page). You can check the communication as it is in your App. 3) I was asked if I could pay in cash as they said they had an issue with their credit card machine. I said it was not a problem and paid cash. (This was not an issue as it also happened to me in various cases in the past years in other countries). 4) Three times before checking out we asked for the invoice. Once they said you will have it next hour in your e-mail, the other next day from your departure, and the other next week 5) Still today (4 days after we left) and after more than 10 messages / mails through booking.com the result is: NOTHING OVERALL: 1) Do not use it 2) Booking.com you need to improve your listings to avoid disappointing your loyal clients PS I just got the invoice (6/10/2023). The hotel says that they had an issue and the invoice was created on 3/10/2023
