Location and friendly staff. Food was good

Restaurant opens only at 8.30 am

Decided to try them in spite of some poor reviews. Within minutes we realised the bad reviews were malicious and untrue. The rooms are as presented in the photographs, the food is good and nothing is too much trouble for the friendly staff.

The views could arguably be better, but our intention was to get out and about not to sit back at the hotel looking at the view. In conclusion, then, the views weren’t an issue for us.

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location, very near Dal Lake. The hotel breakfast was also very good. The staff's service was excellent throughout and they are very attentive. We are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. Thank you very much! Will be back.

I had to go back :/

This hotel is very close to Dal Lake, surrounded by greenery. It’s a peaceful place, and the staff is good and cooperative. I have a three-year-old baby, and if I request food to be prepared according to my baby's needs, they accommodate it.

Nothing as such....can do more better

It was neat and clean staff was nice and well behaved.

They do not provide heater. I got the heater on pay basis but it does not warms the room. There is no view room from the hotel. Hotel doesn’t have umbrella.. it was raining heavily outside, thought of walking near the forest but there are no umbrellas available from hotel.
