We were surprised to hear additional charge for heat.

I stayed in the mountain view room and gosh! Sunset was really breath taking. We enjoyed the famous mountain sunlight during the chilly winters in our balcony. Rooms and bathrooms were really clean and staff is very gentle. Hotel has a good parking space and an easy approach from anywhere. They also helped me in renal scooter and also with the taxi to drop me back. I'll rate my stay +10. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is at a very peaceful location. I really enjoyed the sunset straight from my balcony. The entrance has a little waterfall that can be heard throughout the premises which gives a very soothing vibe. Staff is very polite and supportive, they guide in a very good way. Cleanliness was really top notch. The best thing I experienced was the food, and really at affordable rates.

Nothing. There was nothing appealing about the place—just dirt, cold, and an extremely unpleasant smell, even by Indian standards. Don’t get me wrong; it was my worst experience ever. The photos will tell you the rest.

The place was incredibly filthy, even for India. Cold water, dirt everywhere, dust, spiders, bugs—you name it. It was nothing like the pictures on their website. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.

Location was peaceful & in nature .. not in busy city area.. Staff was helpful & co-operative

The standard of facilities in the room did not match with the photos shown on website... Pillows were uneven & cover unclean..Improvement required there

Super location, five min walk to the Dal Lake. Friendly staff. Pretty view from room balcony. Basic non-fancy breakfasts, like bread-omelette or aloo paratha, with homely cooking and efficient service.

Rooms aren't too sound-proof, so expect to be disturbed by any raucous guests talking loudly at night in the corridor. Thankfully, this happened only once in four nights.
