"Ein schön renoviertes Apartment in einem nicht so schönen Gebäude in guter Lage im Zentrum der Stadt"

Zentrale Lage. Fussläufig ist alles gut erreichbar.

Die Eingangssituation und der Weg zum Apartment ist sehr heruntergekommen.

"Modern Direkt im Zentrum aber abgewohnt"

Modernes Appartement und die schnelle Lage ins Zentrum.

Appartement ist zwar modern aber auch leider schon sehr abgewohnt. Das direkte Umfeld ab verlassen des Zimmers war nicht schön. Es kam der Putz von den Wänden und der Ausblick vom Balkon war sehr marode. Man hat sich etwas unsicher gefühlt.

L'appartement est super grand, tout semble refait a neuf. Moderne et fonctionnel

L'odeur d'égout venant de la clim et sdb mais probablement partout a Catane et Palerme car nous avons eu la même a l'appartement de Palerme. Très désagréable. Attention si vous avez bcp de bagages bcp d'escaliers pr accéder a l'appartement

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect – just a 5‑minute walk from the main street. The host was amazing: very helpful, picked me up from the airport, responded quickly to all my messages, and gave great recommendations on places to visit and where to eat. Communication was very pleasant throughout. The apartment itself is very comfortable and well‑maintained. The shower had good water pressure (despite some reviews mentioning otherwise), and everything was thoughtfully provided – from kitchenware to hygiene essentials. Overall, an excellent place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it!

Everything was great overall, but as a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a needle and thread available for little emergencies, and an extra kitchen towel would be helpful as well. These are just recommendations, though, because overall we really enjoyed our stay.
