The location is very comfortable, you can reach many attractions by foot. The flat is spacious and fresh, good and stylish furniture. Check inn is possible from 13.00 and is absolute advantage.

Bathroom needs som ventilation. The stairs to the property are a bit too old

bad and dirty neighborhood. the building was in a terrible condition and dangerous with no maintenance at all, narrow staircase with no elevator so we had to carry 5 luggage up to three stories, no hot water, no water pressure, the whole apartment smelled of sewage, the sofa bed was terrible , we fully paid for 7 nights and left the apartment after two nights as soon as we found accommodation elsewhere! we requested a partial refund due to bad conditions with no response! i am genius customer of booking.com and i trusted the fotos and rating given by booking on the website which was 9,1. this rating is misleading and i will not recommend it to anyone! the fotos shown on booking.com do not represent the reality! see my fotos bellow

Very clean and well Equipmentipped apartment. Nice host.

Nothing in responsibility of host, but the surrounding was quite “authentic” Catania. But very centrally located indeed.

new looking good location - 10mins to center good value kind and helpful owner parking is hard but possible kitchen and everything you need

sketchy building but its normal in italy stinky sewege maybe you could add more hangers in the bathroom and "hall" loud dog next door

It’s extremely well located, and has all the facilities required for a short stay. The host is also quite helpful!

The unusually low water pressure combined with bad insulation (which, to be honest, is the norm not only in Sicily but in the whole South Europe) made it quite uncomfortable to stay in the apartment, specifically showering, despite the presence of portable heaters. I wouldn’t return before Spring :-)
