This was the worst experience ever! Nothing! Property was disgusting, drug and infested by homeless

Everything we booked this over six months prior to staying once we got there we were told that the Miami county had turned the facility into a homeless shelter. There was homeless people all over partied all night. The facility was disgusting. Cops in Miami social services were outside the building at all times And never was notified by anyone after paying almost $800 for two nights. Someone should’ve notified that it was turned into a homeless shelter for those who were staying with family. There was 16 of us in the facility was disgusting.

Its Hostel, but i got my personal room for family with attached bathroom and kitchen

This is a homeless shelter, it's not what you see in the picturesvon the website, nothing but drug addicts, very nasty and dirty place

I was scammed, zi did'nt get the one bedroom, it's a homeless shelter, it's very dirty. And the pictures on the website are not what see when you get here

The staff provided excellent attention, and Aury was particularly amazing in their service.

Could enhance breakfast options.

I enjoyed the super friendly check in from Lucia. She made sure to show us to our room and make sure that we had everything that we needed. The check out with Aary was fast , and she was very joyful in the early morning. all around great customer service.

Everytime we went outside there were cops, no parking near by, people lingering at the entrance, rooms smelt clean but seen a few bugs and my kids weren't comfortable so we checked out early
