"It was a bad experience that’s all I’m gonna say."

Nothing at all

The staff and manger don’t know what to do there got several people rooms messed up stood in line for 2 hours for a refund due to no parking and room issues. I wouldn’t recommend you staying here for sure.

Easy check in process, close proximity to beach, CVS was close by open 24 hours

Hot water took a while to warm up, no curtains in the front room only wooden blinds, that were broken, and easy to see through.

"Traumatizing"

The first receptionist (man from New York). Was very nice, respectful, and professional

My 5 daughters and I drove from Minnesota to take one of my daughters to college!! We arrived around 1 am. The receptionist was very nice and check in went well. The second day, around 3-4pm. As me and my kids are relaxing, a man which was a guest looking for his room, walked in my room with a key!!!!!!! I went down to the receptionist which is a different guy (Cuban I believe), wondering how this happened!!! All he said was “im sorry “!! Now I’m furious because a sorry doesn’t make us feel safe now!! As I’m very upset, there is another employee comes down (female, Cuban or Hispanic). With an attitude as if I’m wrong!! I call the police, she calls the owner as I requested! She tells me, I’m only getting one day refund and I need to leave!!! TRUST ME IF YOU THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO STAY WITH MY KIDS IS CRAZY!!!! They don’t answer the phones, the voicemail says send an email for faster service, I sent an email 8 hours before arrival to inform of my late arrival and still no reply!! The rooms are very dusty, blinds on windows are filthy and you can see in the room! I hung towels to cover them! I’m not so much upset about the rooms, I’m traumatized from a random man having access to my room!

It is impossible to find parking since it does not include it and they say that it includes breakfast but they should specify what that breakfast is like and the rooms are nothing of what you see in the photos.. I would say that a ⭐️
