Facilities were old and tired, despite booking an all-inclusive cruise with Booking.com this is only for food and all drinks and beverages are chargeable so we were presented with a large bill at the end of the cruise which was very upsetting and despite asking the cruise operator to wave this they refused and still charged us in full. This is the second time this year we have suffered during stays booked with Booking.com. This is wholly unacceptable.

The room (other than the bathroom) was amazing and the views were great. Food was also really good.

Not giving free water during the meals is something concerning given the amount of money you pay. Also there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom, probably cause of the pipes, which made it unbearable to stay inside.

The boat, staff and food were excellent

I didn’t like the second day trip, as It involved us being off the main boat for the whole day, and the activities were very similar to the first day. I also didn’t like the fact that there were charges for all the extra drinks such as water, soft drinks and americano coffee. I feel like non-alcoholic drinks should be included in the price.

Too many cave tours, charging extra for drinks, including water at dinner. As well as prices for drinks. For the 3 day, 2 night cruise we anchored in the same location both nights with several other boats where we could see city lights and freighters. The fact that our only full day on the cruise we were sent on a day boat for 7 hours and with mediocre weather meant we weren't able to enjoy the comfort of the cabin that we paid for. Instead, we got to sit at a table for most of the day.

Very friendly staff! Good itinerary with different activities, well arranged and organized. Nice food. Nice to have a balcony with the room.
