The staff were extremely helpful and organized. We really felt taken care of during the trip (we had a 2day 1night stay on board). Even though the activities schedule can feel a little bit hurried, this is OK and to be expected if you are not staying for longer. We really enjoyed the small hikings, swimming and kayaking excursions we were taken out to, but the best part was definately on board the boat and our suite on the front of the boat with the best view from our balcony. The food during pur stay was really good, the chef on board was excellent!

Nothing in spesific, but to mention one thing it is that the tiles on the floor in the dining area were a bit loose. But this is no danger, and didn’t affect our great experience on board.

We where picked up on time from Hanoi.. Arrived at boat and was very happy with the rooms. Great view from bed! The lunch and dinner was a great standard! The cruise manager was very helpful and all staff very helpful and friendly! Thanks also to bar manger who was very friendly during happy hour. Cooking demo was a nice touch. All in all great trip for 2 days and would recommend to all. Company very professional.

Awesome cruise! Seriously amazing food!! Friendly and helpful service! Kayaking is included and a visit to a couple of caves as well! Very nice rooms and clean and tidy with amazing view! Highly recommend!

Nothing much, but I think the weather could have been better.

Trip was really well organized with lots of great activities such as kayaking, visiting pearl farm, climbing up titop island, cooking demonstration ...foods are just fabulous with different cuisines which are well fitted to all kinds of travelers. Staffs are so friendly, speaking great English and accommodating exactly what travelers are looking for. we'll be surely coming back & reuse Mila Cruises and tell our friends to experience this once they come to Halong Bay
