Villa Quince

Villa Quince is set in the most beautiful location nestled in the mountains near to Ouirgane lake, the landscape is breathtaking and the setting so relaxing. It is run by a family, Mona, Phillip and their daughter Noor, who go out of their way to ensure you are well looked after. We stayed in Lodge 1 which is well designed with chic interiors, amenities to enhance your stay such as a writing desk and fridge, and doors that open to the cared for vegetable garden. If you enjoy nature, tranquility and a home-stay - this is the place for you. Also the cooking class with Mona is a must - the best kefta tagine we had tasted, with great company! I will be back! Thank you!

Only suggestions would be that the lodges feel self-sufficient which is a huge attraction to the place and are currently equipped with a fridge, but it would enhance the experience to put a small kettle and cafetière there also with a small tea selection, and some blankets on the bed for when the cold comes in :)

Villa Quince is located in beautiful mountainous surroundings, completely secluded in a walled garden of orchards it is the most tranquil space. A genuinely warm welcome from the family I immediately felt at home. The lodge is peaceful and beautifully decorated with private outdoor seating and sun loungers next to the pool. A roof terrace gives the most spectacular view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was a delight every morning a selection of local produce served in the garden. The optional dinner was a feast of traditional home-cooked Moroccan dishes many of the flavours I had never experienced before extremely high-quality and wonderful service. I highly recommend having a car to explore, the driving is quiet and peaceful with very few cars you can drive to the mountains and enjoy the spectacular views and many traditional villages. It was a wonderful experience and a complete contrast to Marrakech. I had a very peaceful stay and thank you so much for the kind hospitality.
