Hygge Chiado

Great location in this part of the city, but the surrounding markets are ridiculously overpriced compared to other areas. While we didn’t need the air conditioning during our visit, we did use the small heater on a rainy night, and I can’t help but wonder how people manage in the summer without AC. Other places at similar prices are much better equipped.

While I appreciate the effort to make the most of a small, old apartment in Lisbon’s city centre, the cramped bathroom, where you can’t even sit properly on the toilet, is a major drawback, along with the need for maintenance on the sink; though everything is well-kept and IKEA-style, the price doesn’t reflect the competition.

Escalera acceso Ducha averiada, se comunico y no se reparo durante los días de estancia, no pudiendo ducharnos.

The location was amazing with many attractions nearby. The facilities in a compact apartment met every need of a traveler. The balcony view down the street was perfect. Our accommodation dates were kindly amended at no cost as flight cancelations forced our holiday changes

La posizione è buona, a due passi dalle vie principali del centro.

L’appartamento da noi prenotato era all’ultimo piano di un edificio storico, con una scala abbastanza complicata da salire e scendere con i bagagli. Il primo giorno si sono mancati subito gli asciugamani che non erano presenti, di seguito ha smesso di funzionare la piastra a induzione e non abbiamo potuto cucinare, il microonde alla fine è partito, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà iniziali. Siamo arrivati che il frigorifero era stato staccato e quindi non era in temperatura. Lo staff si è offerto di offrirci un brunch prenotando in un locale da loro indicato, siamo andati ma la prenotazione non era mai stata fatta ed il locale era pieno. Che dire esperienza poco positiva!

Las escaleras para subir al depa son muy estrechas y escalones muy altos, complicado subir y bajar con maletas, nos encantaría que tuviera AC

Erg leuk appartement op een fijne locatie, net buiten de drukte maar alsnog dichtbij het centrum. Het personeel is ook erg behulpzaam en je kunt ze altijd bereiken voor vragen of wanneer er iets is. Het appartement was ook hygiënisch.

De kamers zijn extreem gehorig. Onze kamer zat toevallig langs een kamer van een groep dames die wat later thuis kwamen. We konden alles horen, zelfs het lopen.

Very good location, easy communication and accommodation as shown on photos. Perfect for exploring Lisbon.

The shower ran out of hot water very quickly.
