the lift was not functioning because the owner did not pay his fee. All the other flats could access the lift with a key..but not us !! Really annoying

Yhe location was perfect. The ensuite fit our needs perfectly. Bedrooms were spacious. Fresh, modern stunning marble and wood floors too.

The apartment is very clean and cozy with 2 bedrooms and nice balcony and grear view. Also is very close to the train station. The best host in Italy, so kind and friendly.

Well the shower was not easy to use and the curtains can be changed, too big for the shower.

Central location for transport and shopping. Good size and well decorated. Quiet.

Advertised as two bathrooms including ensuite bathroom. Ensuite was a toilet and basin only. No shower or bath. Missing several basic items including garbage bin, plug for sink, towel for drying dishes and a kettle for making hot water for tea. Shower was very small and dangerous. Drain cover was loose and could easily be tripped on. Not enough room in shower to properly use it and we are not large people! A big step down from shower to floor in limited space. Had to be very careful not to trip. Host was a little abrupt and rude. Told us what we wanted rather than listening to what we needed. Although she did provide most items upon request. But we shouldn't need to request these things in a "luxury" apartment catering for international visitors.
