Tout était parfait. Hôtesse extrêmement serviable. Ses conseils de visite et de restaurant furent précieux.

Tout était parfait, même les détails (frigo rempli, 2 cannolis, capsules de café, sachets de thé, de sucre, cintres, miroirs, savons, 6 serviettes, moustiquaires aux fenêtres, etc... ) L'accueil de la propriétaire est remarquable. Elle est même allé jusqu'à nous reconduire en voiture à la gare des bus (15mn à pieds).

Je ne vois rien à redire. Certains n'apprécieraient pas la situation en rez-de-chaussée sur la rue. Pourtant la rue, un peu en retrait, est calme et le quartier semble sûr.

We absolutely loved our stay at Cinzia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much thought and care she’s put into every little detail. The place is spotless, cozy, and perfectly sized for two people with everything you might possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent; just a short walk from the sea promenade and also very close to the city center. It’s the perfect balance between being near all the action and still in a quiet, safe area where you can really relax. Cinzia herself is one of the kindest and most welcoming hosts we’ve ever met. She greeted us personally with a warm smile and a box of fresh cannoli, which was such a lovely surprise after our trip. She even left us water, juices, and a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Throughout our stay, she was always available and genuinely happy to help, offering tips on what to see, where to eat, and how to make the most of our time in the area. You can really feel that she cares about her guests and enjoys hosting. The apartment had everything we needed: a well-equipped kitchen, reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and it was immaculately clean. Every detail, from the decor to the amenities, felt carefully considered. .We’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area! If we're ever back in Palermo, this is where we'll stay.

The apartment is on the ground floor, which makes it easily accessible, though it does mean it feels a bit more open to the outside. That said, Cinzia has clearly thought of this because the apartment has proper shades and curtains that provide plenty of privacy, so it never became an issue. As well as a double door if anyone's concerned about security.

TODO! El diseño del apartamento es una monada. La cama y almohadas comodísimas. No le falta detalle. La ubicación excepcional. Lo mejor todo es la anfitriona Cinzia, amable, cariñosa y muy pendiente de que estuviéramos a gusto. Nos guardó un aparcamiento en la puerta y nos recibió con unos canoli😍, además de dejarnos el desayuno para los dos días y aconsejarnos que visitar y donde comer. Si hubiera más puntuación de diez se la daría.

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man benötigt und noch mehr. Es war außergewöhnlich sauber - mit Abstand die beste Wohnung, die wir jemals in Italien bewohnt haben - und wir fahren mehrmals pro Jahr. Cinzia ist die netteste Gastgeberin. Immer erreichbar, unheimlich lieb und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Die kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten in der Wohnung zeigen, dass hier mit Herz gearbeitet wird. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super. Wir sind mit dem Auto angekommen und Cinzia hat uns persönlich einen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vorm Apartment freigehalten und uns dort in Empfang genommen. Ab dann waren wir nur noch zu Fuß unterwegs, was auch absolut kein Problem ist, da man überall schnell hinkommt. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt.

Cute little appartment with everything you need. The owner was very helpful and easy to contact. We enjoyed our time in Palermo, close to the center, but still in a quite neighborhood. Free parking spot next to the property

We are unsure about the ZTL zone restrictions with the parking spot. It is labbeled as restrictied on the street, but the cameras are further away. The owner assured us it is fine , hopefully she's right

Convince, safety, location and amenities.

Scillò House was so conveniently located - close to the train station and the center of town. The unit has just the right amount of space and it’s absolutely spotless. Everything detail was thought through!

There was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was perfect.
