"Good location and clean room."

The receptionist is kind especially the guard at the lobby. Good value for your money. This is my second stay in this place.

No mugs available in the kitchenware and no soup bowls. Hard to check-in and get confirmation from the owner.

It was a good stay and the owner was really nice. She even gave us a discount. Will definitely comeback again.

The extra bed wasn't so comfy. I was expecting a mattress but our overall stay was good.

"Makati hotel is a scam"

This is a pure scam, the place is not called makati hotel, it's a residential building has nothing to do with hotel. Place is not as described. They are using fake photos. The owners are a punch of gang. Do not book there.

A full refund.

"Great and Comfortable!!!"

I liked the location and the beautiful scenery around Makati. Accessible to nearby grocery stores and easy transport by jeepney and MRT in Magallanes Station. I love to go back there in the future. The place is safe and had a good sleep with no disturbance or noise around. The guard at the lobby is very approachable.

Provide mugs please for our coffee! Hope you have mattresses if my kids will be around with us. But I was alone during my stay so no big deal.
