"Fair."

Very close to the city.

The shower heater is not working also the Wi-Fi, and Netflix. There's small cockroach in room. I suggest to disinfect and have a general cleaning.

"Very bad & horrible 3 day stay"

The location & building itself is pleasant also the guards, receptionist and the private swimming pool

I've been booked several times in booking.com & i had always been satisfied with my stays but this unit not satified me, my 2 kids & my pocket. The unit is pleasant to see but then i discovered how dirty & stinky the toilette, the sink of the toilette & kitchen are dirty my kids & i were horrified to touch the faucet & the sink because it is very dirty (day&night there were a lot of cockroaches everywhere on the floor, wall, toilette/bathroom, kitchen even in the inside of the refrigerator & also 2x the cockcroaches fell on my head. No toilette paper, no carpet/towel to dry feet after had took a bath & there's no slippers, no handsoap. I bought with my own money the toilette paper, handsoap & hand towel & towel to dry feet and slippers. If The owner of the property need more guests/client the owner must check personally the cleanliness of his/her unit. The unit need a very deep cleaning and to disinfect. The owner & the cleaner are nice but I WILL NEVER BOOK AGAIN IN THIS UNIT. Very bad & horrible experience (3 day stay). I feel sorry did not took a lot of pictures to show how horrible those new born & big cockroaches & crawling also inside the fridge & how dirty the toilette/bathroom.

"Nice property but the unit has some issues"

We like the pool and location and it's very close with shops ans waltermart.

The appliances in the unit are defective. The airconditioner is turning off automatically even if we didn't adjusting it. The bedframe is broken so the result we slept on the floor. The assistant of the host of the unit is not responding or coordainating with us. We checked-in past 3:00 pm because the assistant didn't sent the email confirmation to the property ahead of time even if we booked the reservation 1 week in advance so the result we waited for 2 hours in the lobby and kept on calling the host for the email to be sent. The property is nice but the unit has some difficulties in terms of checking-in. We hope they will improve more in terms of customer service.
