Amazing host, he was very helpful and cordial at all times made our time out touring easier and way better with the help and direct info. Great spot to go anywhere around the whole surrounding towns. 10 minute walk from train and bus stations.

The apartment is very close to the centre and the main station. The owner is very helpful, the room, kitchen and bathroom have all that you need for a short stay

It was a quiet room, and the location was excellent. Breakfast was also really nice! The service was great — quick, helpful, and friendly. Sergio gave us great tips about the city, along with a map, which was very useful. The room and bathroom were private, just for us, and although the kitchen is technically shared, we never actually had to share it or ran into the hosts there — so it felt very private overall. The room also had air conditioning, which was a great plus. Overall, great value for money — we recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Not a big issue, but to improve the stay, it would have been nice to have a TV to relax at the end of the day.

Walls are very thin- woke up to a neighbour snoring though my partner slept through so probably nothing to worry about

Loved it! Was conveniently located, clean, spacious, and had access to a kitchen. The hosts were the kindest people ever and really felt like we were home. Would really recommend if you were heading to Modena.

Superb room (library!) & bed, very kind and friendly host. Although the accomodation is part of their apartment, there was no sensation of mutual intrusion. Lovely!
