Heleni Hotel

We stayed here two times. Excellent location. The first (room 13) was good, the AC worked well and it was relatively quiet and comfortable. Our second night in room 12 was terrible. The AC did not work and there was no hot water in the morning. We did get a bargain both times, $50 and $65 respectively. Not sure I’d stay here again, likely because the price was artificially low due to lack of tourism at the current moment. I’m sure they’ll be charging more once the regional conflicts come to an end. The gentleman working the desk was kind and hospitable.

Yoram's hospitality during my Shavuot visit and stay was second to none. This hotel feels like home away from home.

Awesome little hotel right downtown Jerusalem Walkable to verything. Clean great condition friendly staff.

- The room has ants all over the place. we left a bag with food for an hour and had dozens of them on our food - There's no hot water! After turning on the boiler for 50 minutes, we had hot water for a minute or two. - The bathroom is flooded with water, and the toilet seat is barely attached and moves when you sit on it. - We received an automatic wake-up call at 5:20 in the morning without requesting it. We couldn't go back to sleep. - Other poor room conditions, tv glitching, only two small towels, etc. - The desk doesn't work on Shabbat, but they only told me the code to the hotel when i called to ask about parking. I don't know how they expected us to enter the hotel.

Did not eat in hotel. Shower broken. Bathroom smells like sewage or mildew. Heater works well but window doesnt keep out the cold. No chair in room 6.
