Close to main places of interest. Clean and comfortable room. The smartest bathroom not only in Uzbekistan but also in Europe.

Rooms are so comfy and clean. Location is awesome, actually almost can't be better.

This property is like a Moroccan riyad style as All rooms are facing a courtyard. The hotel and restaurant are nicely decorated and furnished. The beds are comfortable. The location is perfect.

The room has a window but you cannot open it especially at night because you would hear anyone walking in, out or up the stairs. As you have to keep the window closed at night, it might get hot and so you would have to use air-con. The problem is that it is facing the bed in the room we were in so we had to switch it off. The breakfast is just ok as many items are actually filled with some kind of meat or luncheon including the pancakes. We do not eat processed meats so it was not much left to choose from. But for a small guesthouse, it is ok for Uzbekistan standards. As we booked only one night on Booking because it was fully booked on Booking on the following days, we asked the receptionist for the possibility of extending. As frequent travellers, we know that hotels might have spare rooms they would choose not to put on online platforms. This was around 3 pm after our arrival for our stay in their hotel, the receptionist said they might arrange for extra 2 or 3 nights stay. We said ok and went out. When we came back around 7 pm, there was another receptionist and we asked him if we could stay for two days more in the same room, he said he would charge us USD 84 a night, we did not agree to that. But then he followed us in the stairs and said sorry there was a misunderstanding, he thought we were not saying in the hotel that night, that is why he quoted us that price. He said we could stay for two days more for the same price we paid on booking. When we had breakfast the following morning, we spoke to the receptionist, but he said the hotel was fully booked and that the receptionist who confirmed availability yesterday was new and that he did not know much. We said ok we could leave but that they should have informed us the night before in order to make arrangements for a new place. It took us much time to search again for a new place for the same night stay. The receptionist did not apologize for their mistake.

Location, friendly staff, breakfast. Clean room

Seriously best geographical position. Warm and friendly staff. Don’t tell booking.com but we stayed another night because we felt so comfortable.
