"Room was nothing like advertised, false advertisement."

The location to Umass Amherst was ideal and overall the property was quiet.
The photos of the rooms advertised were not the room we were given, false advertisement. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were flattened and very uncomfortable. Very disappointed.

The room was small but clean. The fridge and the microwave were great to have handy on a warm summer day. The location is good.
The bed wasn't that comfortable. The pillowcases though clean had stains on them.

This was my second visit , and the welcome was just as warm. The rooms are immaculate and the owners genuinely want you to enjoy your stay. Highly recommended.
