The exclusive entrance to W Las Vegas is located to the west of Mandalay Bay Resort off Las Vegas Blvd and Luxor Drive in the self-parking garage. The daily resort fee includes: - Internet Access - Local & 800 Phone Calls - Fitness Center Access - Airline boarding pass printing Cardholder funds released after checkout may take up to 7 business days to become available for guests with domestic banks and up to 30 days for guests with international banks. If you use a debit card, you acknowledge that unused funds may be subject to an additional delay before they are returned. Nice clean and not as smoky as other hotels nearby. The facility had spacious restaurants and good pool.

What I didn’t like is that it wasn’t easy to talk to a staff Member and the lines were long for check-in. Everything had to be done through your mobile phone or email. We had a few questions about our parking and it took us a while to get through to a person on the phone to actually answer our questions , so there needs to be more staff accessible to the customers.

El personal del hotel desde la recepción hasta el personal de limpieza fueron completamente amables y empaticos, las instalaciones son bonita y cómodas.

La limpieza no era buena, en la alfombra al recoger unas monedas del piso encontré uñas y galletas debajo de la cómoda, además que el bote de la basura del baño en el fondo había una tira de pestañas postizas, fue muy asqueroso sin duda pero creo que el hotel tiene puntos muy buenos solo es cosa de poner más empeño en la limpieza.

The room was nice and clean. Valet staff was great.

My bathroom door wouldn’t close properly. The second sink didn’t work in the bathroom.
