It was easy to get to and had lots of things to do.

I think the maids can clean up a bit more but all in all it was clean

Appreciated having view of pools rather than airport. Did enjoy the aquarium. Did appreciate there lots of activities available outside of gambling even tho didn’t use them.

Quite a lot! Felt unclean & like I was being bitten when walking barefoot in room. Was thinking fleas which didn’t make any sense til I saw a dog in corridor next day! I also swopped pillows on 2nd bed cos main bed, again felt unclean. Aircon really dusty. Better once I discovered air vent to open. Check in & out tricky (perhaps that Int’l traveler issue). Didn’t dare touch anything on desk top in case I was charged. There are extra charges (resort fees ) anyway. Couldn’t find good GF/veg options (did next door casino). Trying roll suitcase on carpet thru out building was arduous.

A little confused at first. Thought we booked at the Mandalay Bay hotel. But our room was at W. But still at complex. Was fine.

The property was clean and a bit more upscale than other nearby properties. Beds were very comfortable. The most helpful staff were two bellman and the lady selling cigarettes. The lady who checked me in did help resolve an issue with my reservation. It took a while but was eventually resolved satisfactorily.

Far end of the Strip, so it could be a negative if you want to explore the Strip. Everything cost extra $$$. No free coffee in the room and you can’t use the mini-fridge, it’s only for the hotel snacks you must purchase. There are a ton of kids there, maybe bc of the pool, which you also have to pay for seats and to use an inner tube for the lazy river. I chose this hotel to relax at the lazy river after 10 days hiking the national parks and didn’t realize it would cost an additional approximately $500(based on seats you chose and how many floats we rented). Also, the check in process was a nightmare. It’s set up for you to use a computer and check yourself in, but mine would not accept my confirmation number. I was in the first row and still waited about 30 minutes bc there were only 2 staff actually checking people in and about 5 wandering around watching. It also seemed to lack a place to just get information. Front desk staff were not knowledgeable.

The property was absolutely fantastic

Some of the staff on reception were unfriendly and lacked people skills. Inflatable rings should be provided for the lazy river
