Perfect for a single night. Large room makes it better if you need a longer stay. Lots of restaurants and convenience stores in the area. Front desk was operational in the early hours of the morning.

Shower didn't fully drain, but I didn't stay for long enough for this to be an issue.

Comfortable, good location, friendly staff. The room was well equipped with a nice table to work at, two chairs, a comfortable bed and close to many restaurants. We liked Simple Vege (wholesome vegetarian mixed rice) and Pate Grill House for dinner, both at just three minutes walking distance. Taxis can be ordered to the back entrance. Value for money.

The location is very strategic as it is in the middle of Tawau main town, surrounded by eateries and shops within walking distance, easy to get food and supplies. The room is spacious. The pillow and bed are comfortable. The facilities are great, no problem during the stay. Easy to get to the room from the lobby. Love the dark colour paint for the main wall.

Initially, the first time I entered the shower area, there was a smell from the sewer. Maybe because it is quite old. After a while the smell dissipated.
