I like the location,easy to travel around the city,they have lift,cleaner every morning

Too many transgender staying there, that was so uncomfortable every night,and they have expensive hidden charge for dirt like blood,other stains,the bed is not so comfortable the blanket always turning around again and again and again, frustrating

The location and cleanliness.

The receptionist lady. The cleaning staff were quite noisy when cleaning the room across the hall from mine or just hanging out there while I was resting with Do not disturb sign on my door.
