The admin was very polite and helpful. Great location.

We had to search for another hotel because the owner asked us to vacant the hostel before a day of our planned checkout because apparently a big group was arriving. It was very inconvenient

Good location, just off the main bus route to the airport. The facilities are great and very clean. Comfortable beds and good WiFi. Easy to communicate with the owners using a translation app.

The staff were extremely helpful, they helped me book a marshrutka to Bishkek. The bed was comfy, location was good, and a good price too! Also the check-in and check-out times were super flexible - you could even check-out in the evening.

I would have a liked a lamp by the bed.

In general, hostels in Kazakhstan are very nice and this one was no less. My stay was calm and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and clean. The owner was very helpful and we managed to communicate without any problems.
