Hotel Zarhal

Location is walking distance to most of the tourist sites. The family who runs the business is very nice

Towels need an upgrade, a bit old

Room was clean but i breakfast was average. Otherwise all the things are okay

This is a wonderful hotel. Completely new: bed and the rest of the furniture are nice and in authentic style. There's plenty of sun light in the room. The breakfast is served on the rooftop with the nice view over the city. The staff is welcoming and nice.

I will tell what happened to me at this shameful hotel! I made a reservation for a suite with an apartment and received a message asking if I would like a transfer from the train station upon arrival. I agreed. upon arrival in Bukhara I sat in the sun for an hour and no one came to pick me up. I took a taxi and went to the hotel. There, the surprise! After they told me that they forgot about me and you didn't send a car to the station, I found out that my Suite was already rented to someone else, even though I had made a reservation on Booging.com !!! That's why they give me another room, only if I cancel the old reservation. Did I have a choice?! I made a new reservation on the spot and they took me to a room opposite the room on the ground floor that had windows facing the inner hall!!!! I refused to stay in that room like a prison! Then they told me that the hotel has no more rooms and to accept the transfer to another hotel. A car came and took me to a boiler house that was uninhabited and locked. They told me that it is a hotel that is not yet open and that someone has to come with the key. I refused to stay in such a sinister place on a crowded street where no one was driving and I booked myself at the Ark Hotel which is f good. So, I advise tourists to realize that this hotel cave called Zarhal is a shame. I don't understand what they are looking for on Boogink.com. If I could, I would give them a -1, but unfortunately I have to give them a star that they didn't deserve anyway!

This family run hotel is very close to main attractions. Very clean, comfortable and the owner family are very nice people.Every morning a sumptuous breakfast is served at the terrace. The owner Mr Faiz is a very kind and friendly person and will always help you.
