the room was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, with high quality furniture, and with an amazing chandelier, the guest house is situated in the very centre of the old town, you get in from/to the station for max 30,000 som by yandex taxi, there are several grocery shops nearby.

you dont get the key to the front door so the owner has to wait until you decide to come back at night. also, the owner does not allow any guests to be taken to your room. so it is kind of a ''secondary school dorms'' where they check when you come and who with. i felt very uncomfortable about this.

The rooms were very comfortable, beautiful building and lovely roof terrace. Every morning a great breakfast on the terrace and very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

One of the great place to stay it’s in old town where the all adventures starts

We stayed here for 2 nights.  The hotel is new and has new furnishings/ linen and decorated beautifully. Breakfast is served on the roof top each morning.  With a hot element and the usual salad/ cheeses/ sliced meat and preserves. On our first night there was a knock at the door and we were given a welcome fruit platter which was such a lovely gesture. The location was very central to the historical sites and points of interest.  Our hosts were very helpful arranging transfers to and from the train. It's great to support a family run business.  I would recommend and stay here again.

The shower was the central Asian type that didn't have a shower curtain and requires one to be seated while showering to avoid water leakage.

Localisation and a wonderful host - very friendly and helpful. Everything was absolutely amazing!
