A szállás tiszta és megfelelő. A kulcs átadáskor a hölgy kedvesen fogadott.

Nagyon nehezen elérhető a szállásadó, a megadott elérhetőségekre küldött üzenetekre nem érkezik válasz vagy az utolsó pillanatokban! Az utazás (ékezés)napján délben kaptunk visszaigazolást azért ez dühítő főleg, hogy több 100 kilométerről indultunk hajnalban és még azt sem tudtuk biztosan, hogy valaki várni fog a megadott címen!Előtte egyeztettünk a Booking.comon az ügyfélszolgálattal is. A kulcs átadás is lehetne gördülékenyebb, hogy ne kelljen fél órákat várakozni a kapualjban sok csomaggal. A parkolással (díjfizetések, lehetőségek, sőt az is fontos hogy utcán történő parkolásnál éjszakai időszakban nem kell fizetni)kapcsolatban részletesebben kellene tájékoztatást adni, hiszen a szállásadó ismeri a környéket, a környező utcákat és a parkolásra vonatkozó szabályokat, előírásokat, könnyebb lenne a vendégeknek is az érkezés és az ott tartózkodás!

Clean and amazingly located in the center of Udine.

AC is located in the living area and not powerful enough for the whole unit. Rooms were too hot and uncomfortable at night.
