We’re also an insufficient number of towels per person. There were also no other bath amenities other than one bottle of soap. Again for the cost, the devils in the details.

We had a very poor communication experience with the key holder representative, Dharma. We had communicated far in advance, explaining that we needed to leave our bags, as we had a private tour scheduled that afternoon. The response we received said, “don’t worry”. But yet the day before, we received an update, saying it was not going to be possible to leave our bags. We needed to scramble at the last minute, and waited outside the hotel with no one responding. We got lucky in the sense that the cleaning crew arrived, and allowed us to leave our baggage. They indicated that they had not received the request for us to leave our bags until that morning(?). The amount of stress associated to this was unacceptable. The property representative, Dharma, did not communicate in proper English, and it caused even more confusion. I speak Italian and asked her to communicate in Italian, but she did not do so. Completely unnecessary level of stress, and very poor service.
