Worth every penny!

Room was clean

No staff on premises. Had to come from a block away. I paid for King disability room . Got 2 queens. Called and told oh well queens were cheaper. I prepaid for King. Staff said they just check in people. No refund or explanation why for difference she touted. No grab bars in shower in a disability room. No bag for ice bucket. Won't go back.. Just a key drop at checkout

Dirty accomodation. Reception and the room both smelled.. Rubbish and rubbish bags outside the room. Complained to reception staff before leaving and they advised that they couldn't refund the room despite the fact that we left immediately.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte, per spezzare il viaggio verso lo Yellowstone. Arrivati tardi e ripartiti presto. Classico motel da cui non aspettarsi troppo. Posizione sulla strada, nei dintorni c’è veramente poco da fare/vedere.

Niente di particolare, posto molto spartano. Va bene per una notte.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

When we checked in the lady was nice. When we checked out a different lady came from the back room and looked at me and never said hello she just looked at me, I said hi, I am checking out of room ## she said ok and tried to hand her the keys and she didn't take them or say anything so I said where do you want me to put the keys and she said just put them down and so I set the keys down on the counter. No thank you, no how was your stay. I even said have a nice rest of your day with a smile and she never responded or said anything so I turned and left. That was it. Not a very good last impression.
