Bed was comfortable and the lone staff at the office was nice.

Not enough parking. Didn't look like any surveillance was at this facility. Bed covers and a couple of pillows were stained. We didn't feel comfortable taking our dogs on the nearby street since their was a lack of lighting. A/C unit was in a unusual spot in the room, obnoxiously loud and faced the our heads while sleeping.

The shower had been used before we got there. There was open soap and wet wash rag in the shower, and the shower head was still dripping ! They gave us a different room and it was so hot in there because the air conditioner didn't work, so we had a hard time trying to sleep and you were in trouble if you had to wipe after going to the bathroom because it ran out of the 1/4 roll that was there and there was no extra.

The room was recently remodeled, and it was spacious. The beds came with lots of extra cushions, which was definitely a plus. The light fixtures in the bathroom were great. The shower was easy to use. Overall it was a comfortable room.

The only hiccup we had was that the room wasn't ready when we arrived. There had been staff issues that created a backup in the cleaning. But staff were very friendly, apologetic, and accommodating. We were moved to a different room and were able to go in after a few minutes.

The rooms were remodeled nicely and love that there was no carpeting. Location allowed us to walk to dinner safely.

The noise between rooms was terrible. Our other adult family was two rooms away, and the people in the room between us snored and coughed all night long. We all had to turn on our television sets to be able to get some respite from the snoring and get some sleep.

The bathroom light wouldn’t turn on so I couldn’t shower in the am

Staff was excellent and quick to answer questions and resolve issues.

TV didn't work, staff fixed the direct tv box but the remote control only worked if you stood in front of the tv because the tv had cords hanging in front of it including the receiver from the remote control signal. There was no place to walk the dogs on the property.

It was clean, Pillows, TV and fridge were fine. Had free parking and is fairly close to I-80. Water pressure was good in the shower, and it was a good price

the bed was a little soft for my tastes. It was rather loud in the evening time and the walls seemed very thin. Quieted down later in the night though. the shower was clean but 2 of the 3 liquid dispensers (shampoo and body wash) were empty
