The host is excellent and she personally looks after all your needs, the hospitality extended is better than any luxury hotel. Even adventure activities can be arranged by them, all in all Excellent!!

Super clean room, amazing breakfast, good wifi, really helpful and accomodative staff. Anandhu was super helpful - right from helping with my late night commute by auto, to helping me park my rental car everyday, to helping me book my mangrove stand-up-paddleboarding experience, Anandu was there throughout. Lekha from the kitchen was super accomodative - despite my late mornings I always had an amazing breakfast. I also loved the fact that we were given glass water bottles that we could get filled. Overall, I had an amazing stay. Would definitely recommend!

The only thing I wish I knew was that this is located in Edava, which is a 10-15 minute drive away from the Varkala North Cliff. Still quite manageable and I'd say even preferable to all the noise of the touristy parts of Varkala, but would have been good to know.

The host was absolutely amazing. He helped us in every possible way, especially with transportation, which was difficult to arrange in this area. His attitude truly improved our overall experience. The breakfasts were tasty, fresh and beautifully presented, and the property itself was pleasant and well-kept.

We didn’t expect transportation to Varkala Beach to be such a challenge. Without booking a ride in advance it was quite difficult to get there, the trip takes about 20 minutes and the fares are expensive. At the end of our stay we also had issues with payment, as card payment wasn’t available, which led to some complications with arranging an international transfer.

Location. Although beach is a short walk away, there is Not much around the place.

The host safeer and ananthu, both gem of a host. The rooms were slightly small but cutel. There is no table to keep the suitcases. No room service but the breakfast was nice and cute. . It is a very isolated property. A nice property but should be a last option.
