The location was perfect and the apartment was even better than we thought it would be! The fact it had a good hairdryer was a bonus. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location is excellent in the old city. Apartment furnishings and condition appear brand new. Like they built it yesterday. Our room was a bit small but the amenities were very good. The host even leaves a few beverages for your consumption. The host was very helpful, from afar over What's App he let us keep our bags in the comma area after we checked out. Very helpful as we toured the city.

There are three individually locked bedrooms opening up onto a small common area. So your privacy is limited to the bedroom. The kitchen in the common area was not finished, very disappointing. We had a car, and parking in historic centers is virtually impossible. We lucked out in a nearby garage but you could be almost a kilometer away when looking for parking.. No car? No problem.

We had an excellent stay and were happy with everything. The host was also very flexible regarding our luggage which we had to store for one day. Thank you!

The general part of the accommodation was under refurbishment but that seemed to be temporary.

We only stayed for one night, but everything was thoughtfully arranged — it truly left a mark on us. We’re already looking forward to coming back! The location is central, the room is very comfortable, and it has everything you might need. It’s perfect for long stays as well. The host is extremely kind and helpful.

Excellent stay in a fantastic location. Thank you. Room was huge, beds very comfortable and bathroom was big and of a very high standard. Albari House facilities are of a very high standard and photos on site do not do it justice. Room and bathroom bright and new and the bathroom had the best hairdryer I’ve had in any hotel anywhere! Welcome tray in room with snacks, bottled water and juices plus coffee pods and tea bags were really appreciated. Kitchen is equipped to a very high standard and again everything looked brand new. Fridge stocked with complimentary bottles of water, fruit juice and coke/orange and refurbished daily which was a lovely bonus. Even had boxed games to use if we’d wanted. We asked the host (by message) for recommendations for lunch/dinner and she replied immediately with excellent options which we booked and really enjoyed … great food in fantastic locations! Location couldn’t be better … on a quiet street and only a 3/4 minute walk to the main square where the cathedral is and everything else is within easy walking distance. Definitely recommend Albari House to anyone going to Bologna and will absolutely stay here when we come back to Bologna.
