Great location right in the center of the old town. Spotleas clean and fantastic amenities - coffee pods, snacks, toiletires! Check-in process was smooth and we were able to leave our bags beyond the checkout time. Overall really great value for money.

"The experience of staying in a local apartment in the heart of the city!"

The property is also located in the center of the city. In this respect, you can constantly stop by while traveling. I had a very clean and spacious room. Although I stayed as a single woman, I had no problems with security. There are very nice restaurants on the street where it is located. It is a place I would prefer again in Bologna.

Great accommodation for a visit to Bologna - lovely clean rooms in a central location, very comfortable and spacious, generous additional inclusions such as drinks and snacks available in the main lounge. Owners were responsiveness and helpful via message including access pre-check in and post-check out for luggage storage. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.

"Great Location, Very Clean would book again"

Great Location, only stayed one night, but was clean and tidy and everything we needed. Highly recommend. (one flight of stairs, which was great)

no stairs, but very hard to find in Bologna. 😂
