"Exceptional, spacious property in beautiful surroundings"

The cottage is beautiful, spacious, exceptionally clean with 5* hotel standard pillows and bedding. Sadly we could only stay 1 night on this trip but would love to explore the area for longer next time. We were notified well in advance of scheduled load shedding which was very helpful

"Just a one night stop-over stay for us and it did the job nicely other than very hot bedrooms."

Lovely location. Garden pretty. Chantal super helpful and responsive. Cottage lovely, although a few cobwebs and we found a sticking plaster stuck to the shower floor!

It was very hot even with the fans. In summer the cottage really could do with aircon in the bedrooms. Constant barking of next door's dogs!

"Excellent accommodation for a good price"

We only stayed one night in this cottage but you could easily stay many nights here. The neighbourhood is very peaceful and we could park our car in the shade (behind the gate). There is ample space to sit outdoor and the cottage is tastefully furnished and well equiped. Very positive: the bathroom is completely separate (not only accessible through the master bedroom like in some flats). Communication with our hostess was very good: we checked in easily with the key box. Montagu is a popular destination along the N62 and the cottage offers excellent accommodation for a good price.
