Posizione fantastica, pulizia e servizi all’interno, non mancava nulla di utile, ci sono le scale da fare ma in pieno centro cosa pretendete, qualche rumore notturno anche quello normale, vicina a quasi tutto e staff molto accogliente Parcheggio vicino a pagamento, molto caro

Für einen Städtetrip perfekte Lage und tolle Unterkunft. Maria ist wirklich toll, wie schon in anderen Bewertungen bemerkt wurde! Sind später eingecheckt, hab ihr unseren Standpunkt gesendet und sie hat uns entspannt und herzlichst empfangen. Bus und Bahnstationen in der Nähe. Viele Restaurants rechts oder links rum. Sehr gut das kleine Restaurant um die Ecke und Treppe hoch.

Abstriche lohnen sich trotzdem! Wohnung liegt oben und man muss einen engen Hausflur die Treppen hochsteigen. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht. Lüfter stehen in jedem Zimmer und hat uns ausgereicht. Betten waren für uns ungewohnt schmal und die durchgehende Matratze lies den Bettnachbar ungewohnt mit schaukeln bei Drehungen.

The apartment is nice and clean. It is well located and close to many historical sites, restaurants, tours and more. Miradouro de Santa Luzia is only 15mins walk away to watch amazing sunrise. Maria is a great host. She met with us at check-in and was super helpful to make sure we have a great stay.

We weren’t able to make the sofa bed work.

El apartamento esta en la zona baja de Alfama, muy céntrico y genial para visitar la preciosa Lisboa andando. Limpio y cómodo, salvo por el tema del sofá cama estuvimos muy bien.

Quisimos usar el sofá cama del salón y al abrirlo estaba roto y tuvimos que poner el colchón directamente en el suelo. No es accesible para personas con movilidad reducida porque el primer tramo de escaleras es bastante empinado.

Great location, with easy access to both the old town and newer part of the city. Some lovely bars and fadi restaurants just around the corner. Very friendly and helpful host.

The shower is a little tricky to control the temperature, but not a big deal. As others have said, there are many stairs to the apartment and difficult bringing a large suitcase up- but relatively easy to get around when packing cubes are used (we brought our packing cubes up separately which was much easier)

場所が素晴らしい。 室内も清潔で、必要なものは揃っていました。シャワーも問題ありませんでした。快適でした。

最初のチェックインの時間の催促が多い。到着1時間前に知らせるのは理解できるが、あと5分というところで道を間違えてしまい、10分遅れると連絡すると電話がかかってきて、どこにいるのか？なんで道を間違えたのか！と、すごく機嫌悪く聞かれた。初めての場所で、観光客が多く道も狭いところを運転中に対応させるのはどうかと思う。チェックイン時も、態度がいいとは言えなかった。せっかくの旅の始まりが嫌な気持ちになった。

Le lit canapé du salon avait un sommier usé et peu confortable obligeant un de nous 3 à mettez le petit et lite matelas au sol sur le parquet.
