It’s neat and clean and the room temperature is perfect whatever the actual temperature is outside

-Location is good. -View from the room is good. -In house laundry service wasn't available, but they have contacts outside for laundry.

-Early check-in wasn't there although its off season. -Not much foods were available. Half of the menu was not available which was dissapointing. -Fruits were not good in breakfast, only watermelon available. No much options.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Royal Castle Kasol, and I was absolutely mesmerized by the experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The luxurious accommodations were cozy and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding nature. The dining options were delicious, with a great variety that satisfied every craving. What truly made the stay unforgettable was the warm and welcoming behavior of the staff — they were attentive, polite, and always ready to help. This place is a perfect blend of comfort, beauty, and great hospitality. I would love to visit again and will definitely recommend it to everyone I know!

Very nice people, everything is clean and fun

The facilities were good , the room were clean

We went on 7th till 9th July and it is down time for hotels as most of the guests were gone till then but we went during that time so the staff was very lazy and didn't want to do anything and was giving excuses for not doing as we say even we only ordered dinner but that was also not good . The staff was very unprofessional in their work
